This website (doinatonegari.com) is operated by Doina Tonegari, an integrative nutritionist practicing in Romania (the "operator"). The site is informational: it presents the professional services the operator offers and provides ways to get in touch. No contract for services is concluded through the website itself. Consultations and programs are arranged separately by direct contact (email or WhatsApp). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Not medical advice
The content on this site — including service descriptions, blog-style sections, reviews, and any educational material — is provided for general information and integrative wellness guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In Romania, nutrition professionals (nutritionists, dieticians, biologists with nutrition specialization) are a profession separate from medicine. They do not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or treat pathologies. For any medical condition, symptom, or treatment decision, consult a licensed physician. The operator accepts no liability for decisions you make based solely on information from this site.
Contact and bookings
To book a consultation or join a program, contact Doina Tonegari directly through the links on this site (email or WhatsApp). The specific terms of each engagement — scope, duration, price, cancellation and refund rules, data processed during the engagement — are agreed in writing at the time of booking, outside of this website. Those engagement-specific terms prevail over these website Terms for any matter they cover.
Acceptable use
When you use this site, you agree: • Not to interfere with or disrupt the site or the infrastructure it runs on (automated scraping at scale, denial-of-service attempts, unauthorized security probing, and similar activities are prohibited); • Not to use automated means to extract content from the site for redistribution or commercial purposes; • Not to impersonate the operator or misrepresent your affiliation with her.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations, logos, visual design, and the source code we have authored — is the property of Doina Tonegari (or, where applicable, her licensors) and is protected by Romanian and European Union copyright law (principally Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as amended). Photographs of Doina Tonegari are additionally protected as image rights under Article 73 of the Romanian Civil Code (Law 287/2009). You may view the site, share public links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution, within the limits of the citation right recognised by Romanian and EU copyright law. Any other reuse — reproduction, adaptation, republication, translation, or commercial exploitation — requires prior written permission from the operator.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules — in particular Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis), which entitles a consumer domiciled in the European Union to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of domicile.
